The Town of Athabasca, Athabasca County and the Village of Boyle will operate a Regional Municipal Emergency Management Agency for the purpose of Managing the Regional Emergency Response Plan. Athabasca County, Town of Athabasca and the Village of Boyle will collaborate with the other communities in the County in developing a Regional Emergency Response Plan annually.
